KnowmTech LLC was founded in 2002 by a young inventor Alex Nugent, angel investor Hillary Riggs and patent attorneys Luis Ortiz and Kermit Lopez for the purpose of building and managing a patent portfolio around Alex's ideas. Their portfolio now spans memristive components and circuits all the way to large scale neuromorphic architectures. They are now working towards the commercialization of Self-Evolvable-Logic-Fabric, a general-purpose circuit growth fabric similar in function to biological cortex.
