About Company

MAST (Materials and Separations Technology) was established in 1995 to:

• To commercialise a novel high purity, controlled pore structure synthetic carbon - NOVACARB
• To develop applications for NOVACARB in the adsorption, separation, catalysis, biomedical and electronic fields through contract and joint developments.
• To offer consultancy in all areas related to the production and use of carbon materials
• To prepare and manage government and EU funded collaborative projects

Our approach is to develop carbon materials with tailored pore structure and/or physical form for clients specific applications.

These novel materials, in combination with purpose designed applications, can frequently offer substantial overall benefits in both capital and operating costs. As such we are always interested in working with potential clients, either on a one to one basis or in multi-client projects on new applications for our materials.
