Bioker® is a company that emerged from the Higher Council for Scientific Research (CSIC), specializing in the research and development of nanostructured ceramic materials for the biomedical field. The company has licensed health-PS No. 5849 issued by SDA and manufactures zirconium CE fulfill the requirements set by the ISO9001 and ISO13485. Bioker® focuses on the production and marketing of white pre-sintered yttria-stabilized tetragonal zirconia (Y-TZP) intending to be used for making dental crowns and bridges. With respect to the pre-colored discs are manufactured according to international patent (PCT / ES2009 / 070486) licensed by the CSIC exclusively on a method for obtaining colored zirconia material and its applications.
