Flexcell has developed a new and patented process permitting the manufacture of a new generation of solar Photovoltaics (PV), specially adapted to present day requirements. The manufacturing process employs the very high frequency (VHF) plasma deposition technique, enabling a depositing rate up to five times higher than with traditional processes.

Multiple advantages
The flexibility of our PV modules permits their perfect integration into elements of different shapes and sizes and the conception of innovative solar products. Thanks to its lightness our PV film is ideal for applications where weight is an important factor.

We can manufacture PV modules of various lengths and widths, which are ideal for personalised integration solutions. The period of return on the energy investment is from three to five times shorter than that of products from traditional photovoltaic techniques. Our modules are made of common, non-toxic materials.
