AG Semiconductor Limited (AG Semi) is one of the largest suppliers in the world of second-hand semiconductor manufacturing equipment. We specialize in front-end manufacturing equipment acquired from leading chip manufacturers in the United States and Europe (including Agere, AMD, Fujitsu, IBM, Infineon, Lucent and Philips). Most of our purchases are made in bulk, when a fabrication facility is being shut down, although we also acquire individual tools on a selective basis. During the past decade, AG Semi or its predecessors have acquired over 1,000 front-end manufacturing tools with an original equipment cost (OEC) in excess of $1.5 billion.

We sell to both established and early stage companies around the world, with sales comprising either individual tools or complete manufacturing lines. Our sales often include refurbishment, installation and warranty, but can also be done "as is, where is".

Most of our current inventory is located at an 11,000 square meter temperature controlled storage and clean refurbishment facility in Nijmegen, The Netherlands.

AG Semi is managed by AG Semiconductor Services, Inc., headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut. The principals of AG Semi Services have negotiated all of the portfolio purchases undertaken by AG Semi and manage all of the sales, refurbishment and other activities undertaken by AG Semi. AG Semi Services has sales representatives in the United States, Europe and China.
