Singular ID is a private limited company headquartered in the Republic of Singapore, with a subsidiary Singular ID Italia based in Padua, Italy. The Singular ID Group operates as a high technology integrator of anti-counterfeiting and brand security products and services.

Our brand protection system is based on core technology that was invented and developed by the founding directors of the company whilst they were working at the Institute of Materials Research and Engineering (IMRE). After over two years of research and development, Singular ID was formed to commercialise and market this exciting technology. The company signed the exclusive license agreement for the technology in May 2005 and was operational in June 2005.

Our business model is simple: To ensure our customers have a reliable and scaleable solution to apply to their range of products, we outsource the manufacturing of our system components to experienced and established partners. Our role is to tailor the solution to the requirements of our customers, ensuring the technology is implemented as effectively as possible. By designing and integrating the components in this way, we retain control of the overarching technology; thus creating value for our shareholders, generating opportunities for our partners, and ensuring satisfaction for our customers.
