cDream Corporation (“cDream”) is a fabless display company, founded to develop and design the next evolution of flat panel displays (“FPDs”) using our proprietary carbon-nano tube technology, replacing and superceding displays based on cathode ray tube (“CRTs”), thin film transistor liquid crystal (“TFT-LCDs”), plasma display panels (“PDPs”) and organic light emitting diodes (“OLEDs”).
