CAMTEC is a research centre devoted to interdisciplinary work on advanced materials and technology.
The extent of this work includes a wide spectrum of research in theoretical and applied fields. In addition, CAMTEC coordinates related research among the Departments of Biology, Chemistry, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics and Astronomy, and Earth and Ocean Sciences. CAMTEC researchers work in close association with scientists and engineers from the private and public sectors to provide technological transfer to industry.
