They provide graduates with the skills to operate systems and equipment associated with Canada's emerging nanotechnology industry and lead to a Diploma in Nanotechnology Systems.
This is an unique program that will provide graduates with a knowledge of the many disciplines with emphasis on electronics, biochemistry and material science. Moreover, it is able to provide the skills to operate systems and equipment associated with Canada's emerging nanotechnology industry. In addition, The Program will give a strong foundation of electronics, material science, instrumentation, chemistry and biochemistry, supported by courses in communications, ethics and management.
NAIT has taken a key role in Alberta’s nanotechnology cluster with the NAIT Nanotechnology Centre for Applied Research, Industry Training and Services (nanoCARTS).
