Technical Sales Solutions (TSS), celebrating over ten years of business, was founded in 2003 and immediately found success with their first transaction in the purchase and sale of an FEI FIB 200THP to Raleigh, North Carolina.  Over the years, the increasing demand for electron and ion instruments in conjunction with the need for economical solutions to meet this demand has resulted in steady growth.

Technical Sales Solutions has deployed more than 220 tools around the world, serving all markets including semiconductor, university, service lab, and life sciences.  TSS has refurbishment centers around the world and supports tools globally with Service and Applications with an experienced service team that can refurbish, install, and support many OEM microscope brands. Technical Sales Solutions is privately held and has offices in Oregon, California, New York, and the United Kingdom, with additional field support globally.
