McGill's Centre for the Physics of Materials (CPM) - Department of Physics - McGill University

The Center is Nowadays director is leading by Prof. Michael Hilke and it is devoted primarily to the understanding, fabrication, and characterization of novel materials. CPM has expanded towards new frontiers, such as those of the materials at the nanoscale, biological materials as well as novel quantum phases of matter. Their research covers a wide spectrum of physical science. CPM is part of the Regroupement Québécois sur les Matériaux de Pointe (ROMP), which encompasses researchers at the Université de Montréal, École Polytechnique, Université de Sherbrooke, and McGill.
