SRM University - B.Tech Nanotechnology

Department of Physics and Nanotechnology is a part of the faculty of Engineering and Technology at SRM University Main campus, offers programs in Physics, Nanoscience and Nanotechnology at bachelor, master and doctoral levels. The students have also access to facilities at Nanotechnology Research Centre (NRC) in the university campus.

The Center for Excellence in Nanotechnology was established in  2006. Their students are educated in an innovative, dynamic and challenging environment through a combination of research based teaching, project work and a high degree of interaction with industry. They provide state-of-the-art laboratory facilities holding modern equipment for micro and nanoscale fabrication and characterization.
