They research is based on using of quantum nature of light. By this way they improve performance of information processing (Quantum Computer), secure communication (Quantum Cryptography) and even sensing (Quantum Metrology). The application of the novel states of light, by generating individual single photons and controlling the quantum correlation between these photons. Because of perfect control of single photons, they investigate nano-scale photonic structures for optical quantum tools and single photon sources.
