California Molecular Electronics Corp. (CALMEC®) is a Silicon Valley company whose business plan is structured to position the Company as a leader in the molecular electronics industry. Founded in March 1997 and incorporated in the State of Arizona, CALMEC's objective is to commercially develop the field of molecular electronics. Molecular electronics is a new technology frontier. It is based on the principle of using individual molecules to form the components of electronic devices.
