 The Phenom desktop SEM models:

• The Phenom ProX is the ultimate all-in-one imaging and X-ray analysis system. With the ProX, sample structures can be physically examined and their elemental composition determined. The optional Elemental Mapping and Line Scan software allow further analysis of the distribution of elements. A dedicated software package is included and installed on the Pro Suite PC to control the fully integrated EDS detector. Analysis has become as easy as imaging, since there is no need to switch between external software packages or computers.

• The Phenom Pro provides images at an even higher magnification and resolution while maintaining ease of use.
  Furthermore, the Phenom Pro desktop SEM allows its users to work with advanced applications such as Pro Suite and active sample holders. The Phenom Pro is a flexible system that can load a large variety of samples and process data to generate detailed results.

• The Phenom Pure is the most economical solution for high resolution imaging. It is a focused system that provides the best imaging results in its class. The high brightness, long lifetime of the CeB6 source and patented sample loading system give the operator easy access to a broad range of possibilities. The Phenom Pure can be upgraded to a Phenom Pro in our service center.
