FormFactor is an industry leader in the design, development, manufacture, sale and support of precision, high performance advanced semiconductor wafer probe cards.

FormFactor was founded in 1993. In 1995, the company established its headquarters, as well as its R&D and manufacturing operations, in Livermore, California. FormFactor introduced its first wafer probe card based on the MicroSpring interconnect technology in 1995, and now is the leading supplier of advanced wafer probe cards, based on revenues. In June 2003, FormFactor completed its initial public offering of stock and is traded on Nasdaq National Market under the symbox FORM.

FormFactor delivers products that rein in the high cost of testing and provide the capability needed to test high performance, advanced semiconductor devices. FormFactor offers wafter test products for 200 mm and 300 mm wafer test to the world's leading DRAM, Flash and microprocessor manufacturers.
