Mems Technology Bhd is the Malaysian holding company of SensFab Pte Ltd and SenzPak Pte Ltd, which are in Singapore. A third subsidiary, SenzPak (M) Sdn Bhd is in Malaysia.

The company designs and manufactures MEMS based products including pressure sensors, accelerometers, thermopiles, binary lenses, thermopile arrays, ASICs and microphones. It is one of the fastest growing MEMS companies in the world.

With its upcoming state of the art MEMS design centre, MemsTech will perhaps be the only independent MEMS company in the world that will be capable of offering services from design concepts to supplying fully tested products.
