CELEROMICS TECHNOLOGIES

Celeromics makes automated systems for cell counting. Their products help in the research against cancer, Alzheimer’s, immunological diseases, etc.
Oscar Bastidas founded Celeromics in 2008 with the intention to build tools which improve Life Science R&D. Celeromics is based in Grenoble (France) and has its Research and Development office in the Valencian Technology Park, in Spain. All of their products use Computer Vision technology (artificial intelligence applied to image analysis). The technology used in Celeromics products has been proven in the highly demanding security sector, where it has been used for security monitoring. Here it has been used to monitor the Spanish high velocity trains (AVE), nuclear plants, and national airports. This sector requires a precision above 99% and a 100% uptime. We have adapted this technology for the Life Sciences. Due to its parentage, our products benefit from a high reliability, precision, and quality. Celeromics has a patent pending and will soon apply for 2 more patents in related to its cell counting technology. Moreover, Celeromics contributes to the scientific community through articles, documentation, and seminars and by participating in conferences.
