The project nanoforum, the expo-conference specialised in the micro- and nanotech field taking place in Milan in occassion of EXPO, made its debut in 2005 with a precise aim: to bring innovation from Research Centres to Companies in order to help them update their products and services through a network of acquaintances and meetings with some of the most excellent experts in the field.

The important participation of prof. Ali Eftekhari, president of ANS – American Nano Society (the major global association in nanotech field, with more than 8,000 associates) and Director of the Office of Innovation at Jimma University.
